Healthy chocolate muesli

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g spelled flakes (whole grain)
  • 100 g chocolate (at least 75% cocoa content)
  • 100 g cornflakes, unsweetened
  • 1 tbsp glucose if needed
  • possibly yogurt to refine

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

The quantities are for one serving. Grate the chocolate and mix with the whole-grain spelt flakes. Add the cornflakes (if they’re too large for someone, simply crumble them by hand). Then add the glucose. The yogurt can be added to the mix just before eating, if desired. Those using this muesli on a diet don’t have to feel guilty about the chocolate. It contains little sugar due to its high cocoa content. It’s also important to make sure you get sugar-free cornflakes.
