Crazy Chicken

The perfect crazy chicken recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 600 g Chicken breasts
  • 5 tbsp Rapeseed oil
  • 1 tsp Spice mixes
  • Sage leaves
  1. Stir in the spice mixture in a bowl with oil. Cut the chicken into small pieces, add to the spice mixture oil and mix. Let marinate for about 4 hours.
  2. Heat a non-stick pan and fry the chicken (without oil) until golden brown on both sides. Arrange on plates with a few sage leaves. I had rice with it.
