  • 80 g 1 Zwiebel
  • 10 g 1 Stück Ingwer
  • 5 g 1 Knoblauchzehe
  • 15 g 1 rote Chilischote
  • 2 tbsp Sunflower oil
  • 2 tbsp Tomato paste
  • 340 ml 1 Glas Hühnerbrühe mit Hühnerfleisch
  • 860 ml Water
  • 400 g 1 Dose Tomaten fein gehackt
  • 230 g / drained weight 1 Dose Champignon ganze Köpfe
  • 150 g Chinese cabbage leaf hearts
  • 140 g / drained weight 1 Dose Bambus in Scheiben
  • 100 g 1 Päckchen Glasnudeln
  • 2 tbsp Ketchup Manis
  • 2 tbsp Dark soy sauce
  • 4 tbsp Creme fraiche Cheese
  • 1 tsp Sambal oelek
  • 2 tsp Brown sugar
  • 2 big pinches Coarse sea salt from the mill
  • 1 Gewürzkugel gefüllt mit *)
  • 4 tbsp Fresh cilantro cut
  • Coriander or parsley for garnish
