Asian Tomato Soup with Filler
The perfect asian tomato soup with filler recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 80 g 1 Zwiebel
- 10 g 1 Stück Ingwer
- 5 g 1 Knoblauchzehe
- 15 g 1 rote Chilischote
- 2 tbsp Sunflower oil
- 2 tbsp Tomato paste
- 340 ml 1 Glas Hühnerbrühe mit Hühnerfleisch
- 860 ml Water
- 400 g 1 Dose Tomaten fein gehackt
- 230 g / drained weight 1 Dose Champignon ganze Köpfe
- 150 g Chinese cabbage leaf hearts
- 140 g / drained weight 1 Dose Bambus in Scheiben
- 100 g 1 Päckchen Glasnudeln
- 2 tbsp Ketchup Manis
- 2 tbsp Dark soy sauce
- 4 tbsp Creme fraiche Cheese
- 1 tsp Sambal oelek
- 2 tsp Brown sugar
- 2 big pinches Coarse sea salt from the mill
- 1 Gewürzkugel gefüllt mit *)
- 4 tbsp Fresh cilantro cut
- Coriander or parsley for garnish
