Tomato Soup Pot with Slightly Different Filler

The perfect tomato soup pot with slightly different filler recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

My seasoning salt:

  • 1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 Garlic cloves pressed
  • 150 g Wok noodles without cooking, I took wavy ribbon
  • 500 g Tomatoes happened, tetrapack
  • 500 g Tomatoes in cubes, tetra pack
  • 1 piece Rosemary sprig + 1 bay leaf
  • 100 ml Cream
  • 1 tbsp Marjoram freshly chopped or dried
  • 1 tbsp Oregano freshly chopped or dried
  • 1 tsp Seasoned salt from my KB
  • 1 tsp Tellicherry pepper freshly ground or another one
  • 1 tsp Fleur de Sel sea salt
  • 400 ml Water

  • Sour cream 10% fat
  1. Heat the oil in a large saucepan and roast the onion cubes in it. Add pressed garlic and fry briefly! Then deglaze with water and tomato purees. Add dry pasta, sprig of rosemary and bay leaf. I hug both herbs a little more then the flavors dropped better! Cook for about 10 minutes!
  2. Then add the cream, marjoram and oregano. Season to taste with seasoned salt, pepper and fleur de sel. Remove the sprig of rosemary and bay leaf! Serve soup! Who likes a little sour cream on it! 🙂
