Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 400 g flour
- 1 packet of yeast (dry yeast)
- 200 ml water
- 1 tsp salt
- 7 tbsp oil
- 800 g bell pepper(s), green, yellow and red
- 1 bunch of spring onions
- 2 tbsp oil
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 100 g cheese (Gouda), medium-aged
- Grease for the tray
Instructions
Working time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Yeast dough with dry yeast
Combine flour with dry yeast. Mix in water, salt, and oil and let rise (approx. 15 minutes). Clean and finely dice the bell peppers. Clean and finely dice the spring onions. Heat oil in a pan. Briefly sauté the bell peppers and then let cool. Roll out the dough on a greased baking sheet. Mix together the eggs, sour cream, and cheese. Season with salt and pepper. Spread the egg and sour cream mixture on the dough. Sprinkle the bell peppers and spring onions on top. Bake in a preheated oven (electric oven: 175°C, gas mark 2) for approx. 40-45 minutes.
