  • 300 g chicken breast
  • 400 g salad of your choice, e.g. green salad, tomatoes, cucumber, corn, peppers, etc.

  • some oil
  • 4 tbsp liquid honey
  • 4 tbsp milk
  • salt and pepper
  • Sauce (dressing), of your choice

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

Chicken breast marinated in honey

Rinse the chicken breast fillets under cold water and drain on kitchen paper. Mix the milk and honey in a bowl and season with pepper and salt. Cut the chicken breast fillets into strips and add them to the marinade. It’s best to put the lid on the bowl and shake well, then refrigerate and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes. Prepare the salad and dressing. Heat the oil in a pan and sear the chicken breast strips, then add the rest of the marinade and the flaked almonds. Be careful, it will burn very quickly! Divide the salad among the plates, pour the dressing over it, and scatter the chicken breast strips and flaked almonds on top.
