Spaghetti with burrata and tomatoes

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 480g burrata
  • 1 kg tomato(s) (aromatic variety)
  • 1 bunch of basil
  • 6 tbsp olive oil
  • 500g spaghetti
  • 100 g pine nuts
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 9 minutes; Total time approx. 39 minutes

quick, easy and delicious

Finely dice the tomatoes and burrata, and finely slice the basil. Mix with the oil and season well. Toast the pine nuts without fat until light brown. Cook the spaghetti, return it to the pot, and add the sauce. Sprinkle with pine nuts before serving.
