Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 300 g pasta, short
- 1 red bell pepper(s), washed, pitted, finely diced
- 40 g butter
- 200 g sour cream
- 1 small onion(s), chopped
- 1 clove(s) garlic, finely chopped
- 600 g bell pepper(s), red, finely chopped
- 25 g butter
- 100 ml chicken broth
- 60 g crème fraîche
- 1 pinch(s) of sugar
- Salt and pepper, freshly ground
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
For the sauce, melt the butter. Add the onions and garlic and sauté. Add the bell peppers and sauté. Pour in the broth, cover, and simmer for 10 minutes, then puree. Stir in the crème fraîche and seasoning. Strain if desired. Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente. Heat the butter in a pan and sauté the diced bell peppers. Add the drained pasta and season. Pour the sour cream over the pasta. Serve with the sauce.
