Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 onion(s)
  • 150 g red bell pepper(s)
  • 2 cans of corn
  • 2 tbsp cream
  • 1 tbsp margarine (diet), for frying
  • 1 tsp instant chicken broth
  • Salt
  • Cayenne pepper
  • garlic powder
  • some water

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Finely chop the onion, peel and dice the bell pepper. Drain the corn broth and reserve it. Make up to 125 ml with water and add 1 teaspoon of chicken broth. Heat the margarine in a saucepan. Sauté the onion. Add the bell pepper and sauté for 3-4 minutes. Pour the broth into the bell pepper and onion mix and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to low and add the corn. Sauté briefly. Season to taste with salt, cayenne pepper, and garlic seasoning. Finally, stir in the cream.
