Leek vegetables with melted tomatoes

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 stalk(s) leeks
  • 500 g cherry tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp mustard (Dijon mustard)
  • salt and pepper
  • Clarified butter
  • Sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Perfect with fish!

Add clarified butter to the pan, along with the tablespoon of Dijon mustard. Slice the leek into rings and halve the cherry tomatoes. Add both to the pan, season with salt, pepper, and sugar, and simmer for 5 minutes. It’s done! It goes great with grilled fish, but also with pan-fried meat.
