Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 bell peppers
- 1 can of mushrooms
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup herb cream cheese
- 1 pack of cheese, grated
- 250g salami
- 250 g cooked ham
- 1 egg(s)
- possibly salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Halve and deseed the peppers. Preheat the oven to approximately 200°C (top/bottom heat). Dice the mushrooms, salami, and cooked ham and place them in a bowl. Add the cream cheese, sour cream, egg, and grated cheese, and mix well. The salami, ham, cream cheese, and cheese should provide enough flavor for the mixture; however, you can add a little more salt and pepper if you like. Then fill the mixture into the halved peppers. Bake at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for approximately 30 minutes. Half a pepper has approximately 4.5g of carbohydrates.
