Wash the eggplant, cut into slices (approx. 0.5 cm thick), and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Spread the slices with some passata and sprinkle with pizza seasoning. Chop the ham and mushrooms into small pieces and arrange them on top. Finally, sprinkle with cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 20 minutes. Tip: The topping can be varied as desired.
