Lightning-fast meatballs without bread

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 500 g minced beef
  • 200 g cottage cheese
  • 1 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 tsp paprika powder, hot
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 4 dashes of Maggi
  • 1 tbsp vegetable broth, granulated
  • Oil for frying
  • sour cream for the sauce

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Finely dice the onion and mix it with the ground beef, cottage cheese, egg, and seasoning to form a batter. Once you’ve made this recipe a few times, it will only take a few minutes. Fry 4-5 meatballs in a nonstick pan with a little oil. You can also use the batter to make a delicious meatloaf (in the oven at 180°C for about 30 minutes) or stuff peppers with it. The cottage cheese will form a delicious sauce in the pan. Thicken it with a little sour cream. These are great for combining foods, as they contain no carbohydrates. They also taste great cold.
