Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 200 g minced beef
- 1 small onion(s)
- 1 clove(s) garlic or garlic powder
- 2 tbsp oat flakes, fine
- 1 m.-sized egg(s)
- 60 g zucchini
- 1 tsp, leveled salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- 1 tbsp bacon, diced
- 3 sprigs of parsley
- 50 g feta cheese
- some oil for frying, e.g. coconut oil

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Meat cakes with a twist
Finely dice the onion and finely chop the garlic. Wash the zucchini; do not peel it, but remove the seeds (otherwise it can become watery), and cut it into very small cubes. Finely chop the parsley. Crumble the feta. Place it in a bowl with all the other ingredients and mix well. Form into meatballs. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the meatballs on medium heat for about 10 minutes on each side.
