Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 8 large mushrooms
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tomato(s)
- 80g mozzarella
- 4 stalks of basil
- some lemon juice
- herbal salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Clean the mushrooms, remove the stems, and finely chop. Brush the mushrooms with a little oil. Dice the tomato and mozzarella. Chop the basil. Mix everything together and season with lemon juice and herb salt. Stuff the mushrooms and grill for about 10 minutes.
