Ingredients for 8 servings:
- 8 giant mushrooms, approx. 75 g each
- 3 tbsp olive oil, mixed with Italian herbs
- 1 pinch of salt
- Pepper (preferably herb pepper)
- 160 g feta cheese
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 m.-large tomato(s), firm
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 8 minutes; Total time approx. 23 minutes
Wash the mushrooms, pat dry, and twist out the stems. Brush the mushroom caps with the herb oil and arrange on a grill tray. Roughly chop the mushroom stems, feta, and tomatoes. Finely chop the garlic or press it with a garlic press. Mix everything together and season with salt and pepper. Stuff the mushrooms with this mixture. Grill for about 6-8 minutes, then enjoy!
