Light layered dessert with applesauce and yogurt

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 6 apples
  • 200 g low-fat yogurt
  • 1 handful of walnuts, chopped
  • 24 raspberries, frozen
  • n. B. sugar
  • n. B. Honey
  • e.g. cinnamon

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Wash, peel, core, and cut the apples into small pieces. Boil the apples in a saucepan with a splash of water, just enough to cover the bottom, for about 10 minutes, then puree. Add a little sugar or cinnamon, if desired. Ladle the applesauce into glasses, warm or cooled, as desired. Spread the yogurt on top, then top with a few raspberries and chopped walnuts. Drizzle with honey, if desired.
