Cinnamon noodles with plum compote

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g plum(s) or canned without sugar
  • 50 ml water
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 drop of vanilla flavor
  • ½ tsp vanilla pudding powder
  • 100 g spirelli or wholemeal pasta
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 2 tsp butter (low-fat butter)
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

the “slimmed down” version

Wash the plums, remove the stones, cut into wedges, and cook with 40 ml water, 1 teaspoon of sugar, and vanilla extract for about two minutes. Mix the custard powder with the remaining 10 ml water, stir into the plums, and bring to a boil. Cook the pasta in boiling water with a pinch of salt according to the package instructions. Drain the pasta. In the same pot, heat the butter, toss the pasta in it, sprinkle with the remaining sugar, cinnamon, and sesame seeds, and serve with the plum compote on a plate. Note: WW 5.5 points according to the old scoring system.
