  • 35 g oat flakes
  • 125 ml milk, 1.5% fat or soy milk
  • 25 g water
  • 80 g low-fat curd cheese
  • ½ apple
  • Liquid sweetener
  • Cinnamon

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Combine the oat flakes, milk, and water in a saucepan and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Simmer until a thick porridge forms. Stir in the low-fat quark and season with a little liquid sweetener to taste. Transfer to a bowl and arrange the chopped apple half on top. Sprinkle with a little cinnamon. 292 kcal per serving.
