Healthy apple and banana pancakes

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 banana(s)
  • ½ apple
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 2 tbsp, heaped oat flakes
  • 2 tbsp, heaped flour
  • some milk
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch(s) of baking powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

For a delicious, healthy breakfast or as a snack between meals.

Mash the banana in a bowl with a fork. Add the egg, oats, and flour and whisk. Add enough milk until the batter has the consistency of pancake batter. Peel and core the apple, cut the flesh into very fine cubes, and stir them into the batter. Add salt, sugar, and baking powder and stir. Preheat a pan. Fry the batter in butter or oil in the preheated pan until the pancakes are golden brown on both sides.
