- 200 g Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp, desiccated coconut
- 1 tbsp cane sugar

Segment the grapefruit, cut into pieces, and place on a plate. Spoon the yogurt over the grapefruit pieces. Brown the desiccated coconut in a pan without fat, stirring constantly. As soon as it turns light brown, add the sugar and continue stirring until the sugar dissolves. Be careful, it cooks very quickly and can burn easily. Spoon the still-hot desiccated coconut over the yogurt and serve immediately.
