Vegetarian wrap with tzatziki

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 6 wraps
  • 350 g tomatoes
  • 200 g cucumber(s)
  • 150 g bell pepper(s), green
  • 120 g red onion(s)
  • 100 g iceberg lettuce
  • 200 g feta cheese
  • some salt and pepper
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 200 g cucumber(s)
  • 250 g natural yogurt, 3.5%
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp dill tips
  • some salt and pepper

Wash the tomatoes, quarter them, remove the stems, and cut into pieces. Wash and dice the cucumber. Cut out the stems from the bell peppers with a knife, carefully removing the seeds and membranes. Wash the bell peppers and cut them into even pieces, as well as the peeled onions. Wash the iceberg lettuce and cut into strips. Cut the feta into pieces. Place the tomatoes, cucumbers, bell peppers, onions, iceberg lettuce, and feta in a bowl and mix. Season with salt and pepper. Heat the wraps in the pan for about 1-2 minutes. Finally, top the wraps with the feta mixture. For the tzatziki, finely chop the garlic. Peel the cucumber and remove the seeds with a spoon. Then mix everything in a bowl with yogurt, salt, pepper, vinegar, and oil. Add a few dill sprigs for a finishing touch.
