Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 5 sausages, coarse
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 red bell pepper(s)
  • 1 can tomatoes, chopped
  • 200 ml vegetable stock
  • 3 tsp curry powder
  • 20 g margarine
  • 2 tbsp xylitol (sugar substitute)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Dice the onion and bell pepper. Slice the sausages. Melt 20g of margarine in a pan. Fry the onion first, then the sausages. When the sausages are almost done, add the bell pepper. Prepare 200ml of vegetable stock and stir in 2 tablespoons of Xucker. Add the tomatoes to the pan and stir. Add 200ml of vegetable stock and simmer for 5-10 minutes. Finally, add the curry powder and stir again.
