Ingredients for 4 servings:

- 1 pinch of salt

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Place the lemon zest, juice, and flesh into a liter measure, fill with water to 500 ml, remove 0.5 cup, dissolve the sugar, salt, and cornstarch, and stir into the boiling liquid. Let it simmer for 2 minutes. Caution! It bubbles vigorously, risk of injury! Pour into a bowl rinsed with water. Delicious hot or cold. My own recipe.
