Avocado chili sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 dl vegetable broth
  • 1 avocado(s), peeled, pitted
  • 1 pepperoncini, red, pitted, finely chopped
  • 3 tbsp parsley, finely chopped (alternatively coriander)
  • Salt
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Sauce for fondue chinoise, fondue bourguignonne etc.

Dice 1/3 of the pitted avocado and set aside, then chop the rest. Combine the lime juice, vegetable stock, chopped avocado, chili peppers, and parsley in a tall bowl and blend. Then stir in the diced avocado and season with salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
