Suitable for food combining

Cut the chicken fillets into strips and fry in hot oil in a pan. Finely chop the spring onion and garlic, and trim and slice the mushrooms. When the meat is lightly browned, add the vegetables and mushrooms and sauté for 3 minutes. Deglaze with white wine, add the crème fraîche and cheese, stir in the chopped parsley, and serve. For a food combining dish, serve with vegetable tagliatelle (see my recipes). Otherwise, serve with fresh baguette, rice, or pasta.
