Banana and grapes on apple and plum sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 apple
  • 2 plums
  • 100 g powdered sugar
  • 200 ml dry white wine
  • 2 bananas
  • 250 g grapes
  • e.g. ice cream (vanilla ice cream)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Caramelize the powdered sugar in a saucepan, then deglaze with white wine. Peel, core, and finely slice the apple. Pit and finely slice the plums. Cook the fruit in the wine caramel until soft, puree, and let cool. Pour the mixture onto dessert plates, placing a halved banana and halved grapes on top of each serving. Top with vanilla ice cream, if desired.
