Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 350 g mushrooms
- 1 m.-large onion(s), red
- 200 ml soy cream (Soy Cream Cuisine) or other plant-based cream
- 100 ml vegetable broth, strong
- 4 garlic cloves, black
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- possibly parsley
- oil

Clean the mushrooms with a brush and slice them thinly. Then fry them vigorously in a pan with oil until they are nicely browned. Reduce the heat to medium. Peel and finely dice the onion, and fry briefly until translucent. Pour in the stock and cream and let it simmer gently. Finely slice the black garlic and add it. Season to taste with soy sauce. If you like, you can stir in a little fresh parsley and garnish with an additional sliced clove of black garlic.
