Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 m.-sized pear(s)
- 20 g butter
- 125 g blue cheese
- 250 g crème fraîche
- Salt
- curry powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Peel, quarter, core, and finely dice the pear. Briefly sauté in melted butter. Stir in the cheese until melted and let cool. Stir in the crème fraîche and finally season with curry powder and salt.
