Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 1 celeriac
  • 20 g butter
  • 100 ml cream
  • 50 g Parmesan
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

in a cream and Parmesan sauce

Peel the celery and cut into thin sticks. Melt the butter in a pan and add the celery. Fry for about 15-20 minutes until softened. It should still have some bite. Pour in the cream and mix in the Parmesan cheese. Season with salt. Suitable as a side dish with potatoes, pasta, or rice. A tomato salad goes well with this dish.
