Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 200 ml cream
  • 4 eggs
  • salt and pepper
  • 3 tbsp cheese, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

delicious egg dish for a Sunday breakfast, brunch or as a small meal

Melt the butter in a pan. Add the cream and bring to a boil. Then carefully crack the eggs into the pan, one at a time, side by side, and season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with grated cheese and let it cook without stirring until the egg whites have set. Serve in the pan with bread, if desired, and fresh tomato slices.
