Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 6 eggs
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 2 Pepper
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • garlic powder
  • Water

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Scrambled eggs with peppers and tomatoes

Chop the fresh tomatoes and peppers and fry them in a pan. Add a little water occasionally. After about 5-7 minutes, season to taste and stir in the eggs – it’s done and delicious.
