Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 4 eggs
- 100 ml cream
- pepper
- 200 g sliced cheese, e.g., Gouda
- 1 small onion(s)
- 100 g mushrooms
- ½ bell pepper(s), red
- oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Whisk the eggs with the cream and season with pepper. Finely chop the onion. Clean and slice the mushrooms. Dice the bell pepper. Heat a little oil in a non-stick pan and sauté the onions and mushrooms. Add the egg mixture. Once set, add the cheese and sprinkle with the diced bell peppers. Cover the pan and cook the omelet on the lowest heat for about 15 minutes. Serve with salad and bread.
