Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 small mango(s) (organic quality)
  • 1 banana(s)
  • 1 ½ tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 slice(s) lemon slice(s) (organic quality)
  • n. B. Water, cold

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 10 minutes

for breakfast or dessert

Peel the banana and place it in a blender. Cut the flesh from the unpeeled mango and remove the pit. Add the mango pieces, including the peel, to the blender. Add a lemon slice with peel and the chia seeds. Then fill the bowl with cold water to 750 ml and blend on high for 2 minutes. Divide the mixture into bowls and let stand for at least 2 hours. If serving as breakfast, you can refrigerate the pudding overnight. This serves 2 people as a filling breakfast, or 4 people as a dessert.
