Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 5 raspberries
  • 1 banana(s)
  • 1 apple
  • 1 kiwi(s)
  • 2 cups of yogurt 3.8%
  • 6 tbsp muesli
  • 3 tbsp heaped crushed ice
  • 4 tbsp honey (orange blossom honey)
  • 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
  • 2 tbsp sugar sprinkles for decoration

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Peel and dice the fruit. Combine all the prepared fruit with honey, vanilla sugar, and crushed ice in a blender using an immersion blender. Fold in the yogurt. Layer the frozen yogurt in glasses or bowls, then the muesli, and top with a layer of frozen yogurt. Finally, sprinkle the crumbles on top of the yogurt. Enjoy! Enjoy!
