Bring 200 ml of water to a boil. Pour in the gelatin powder and jelly powder and stir well. You can let your imagination run wild when choosing the jelly flavor. Let it stand for 5 minutes. Stir in 100 g of low-fat quark or yogurt, if you prefer. Add a little sweetness to taste and pour into small molds, preferably silicone; if you don’t have those, you can use the plastic Toffifee packaging. After 3 hours in the refrigerator, the yogurt gums are ready to eat.
