Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g flour
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 2 tbsp sugar
- ¼ tsp salt
- 2 large eggs
- 2 ½ tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 300 g Greek yogurt
- 240 ml milk
- 55 g chocolate chips
- 150 g raspberries

best basic pancake recipe
In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt. Set aside. In a second, smaller bowl, whisk together the eggs, oil, vanilla extract, yogurt, and milk. Pour the wet mix into the bowl with the dry ingredients and stir gently with a spoon until the ingredients are just combined. Lumps are okay; the batter shouldn’t be smooth. Stir in the chocolate chips and raspberries (just barely). Now fry the pancakes in a pan. I made enough for about 8 large pancakes. Even without the raspberries and chocolate, this is a great basic recipe for super fluffy pancakes!
