Ciabatta sandwich with roast pork and jalapeños

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 ciabatta
  • 4 tbsp mustard
  • 4 lettuce leaves
  • 3 tbsp cucumber slices
  • 400 g roast pork, fried and cooled
  • 3 tbsp Jalapeño(s), sliced
  • 4 slices of cheese

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

delicious – spicy – hot

Cut the ciabatta in half and spread mustard on both cut sides. Place the lettuce on the bottom, arrange the cucumber slices on top, and then the roast pork on top. Sprinkle the jalapeños on top and scatter the cheese on top. Place the lid of the ciabatta on top. Cut the ciabatta into portions and serve.
