Colorful pasta salad

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 500 g pasta (mini farfalle)
  • 1 small jar of pickled gherkins
  • 1 jar tomato peppers
  • 10 eggs, hard-boiled
  • 500 g cooked ham
  • 2 jars of salmon – substitute
  • 1 jar Miracle Whip, large
  • 1 cup of crème fraîche or sour cream

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 30 minutes

Cook the pasta according to the instructions, drain, and let cool. Dice the gherkins. Drain and finely chop the tomato and peppers. Peel and chop the eggs. Dice the cooked ham. Mix the Miracle Whip with the crème fraîche or sour cream and the jars of salmon substitute. Mix all ingredients together. Let the salad marinate in the refrigerator for a while. You can also prepare it a day ahead. The salmon substitute flavors the salad, but it doesn’t taste fishy at all. It also gives it a nice color.
