Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

A delight with or without bacon

Fry the bacon in a nonstick pan without oil and let it brown lightly. Halve the multigrain baguette to a width of 10 cm, slice it like a roll, and spread a thin layer of salad dressing on both cut sides. Thinly slice the avocado and drizzle with lime juice. Thinly slice the tomato. Tear the lettuce to the size of the baguette. Top the buttered baguette with lettuce, add avocado slices, season with pepper, place the bacon on top, place the tomato slices on top, season with pepper, add a little salt if desired, add basil leaves, and cover with the baguette lid. Note: If you want to eat this without bacon, you’ll need to add a bit more seasoning.
