  • 2 slices of mixed bread
  • 40 g processed cheese or cream cheese
  • 75 g Knackwurst or similar raw sausage, quantity may vary
  • 2 eggs
  • n. B. ketchup or other sauce as desired
  • e.g. oil or margarine
  • e.g. salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Spread the bread slices with cheese and ketchup. Arrange the sliced ​​sausage on top. Heat oil or margarine in a pan. Fry the eggs and season with salt and pepper. When the eggs are cooked to your liking, remove them from the pan and place them on the bread slices. Reduce the heat, add the bread slices to the pan, and fry until they are nice and crispy on the bottom, then serve. We often have this in the evenings, and everyone loves it.
