Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 300 g dough (roll dough, e.g. Knack und Back)
- 150 g minced meat, mixed
- 1 onion(s)
- 150g mozzarella
- 150 g tomatoes
- salt and pepper
- oregano
Instructions

Remove the dough from the tin and flatten. Dust with flour and roll out into small dough balls. Preheat the oven to 200°C. Brown the minced meat. Dice the onions and fry briefly. Reduce the heat to the lowest setting. Dice the mozzarella and tomatoes and add them to the minced meat along with the seasoning. Place the dough balls on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and generously spread the minced meat mixture on top. Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes.
