heavenly light and crispy

Cut the flatbread in half to create two round pieces. Drizzle each half equally with olive oil. Drain the tuna and spread it on both halves. Halve the small tomatoes and place them cut-side down over the tuna. Slice the leeks into rings and scatter them on the “pizzas.” Mix the cream cheese with the eggs, crush the garlic, and stir into the mixture. Dice the ham and fold it in. Then spread the mixture evenly on the flatbread halves. Cut the mozzarella into strips and sprinkle over the whole piece along with the grated cheese. Season with oregano, salt, and pepper to taste. Place the “pizzas” on two baking sheets lined with parchment paper and bake for about 15-20 minutes at a temperature of about 200°C. Once the bread is done, it can be easily cut with a pizza cutter.
