Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 6 slices of toast (wholemeal toast)
- 6 slice(s) ham, cooked
- 250 g blue cheese
- 1 pear(s), firm, green, sweet
- 1 tbsp butter
- some pepper, white
- some salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Cut the ham into strips, peel and dice the pear. Sauté both in hot butter until golden brown. Meanwhile, toast the bread slices. Cut the cheese into slices and top the toast with them. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C until the cheese begins to melt. Spread the ham and pear mixture on the toast slices and season with salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
