Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 baguette(s) roll
  • 100 g beefsteak(s) mince
  • ½ onion(s)
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 10 capers
  • 2 tbsp cheese
  • 2 tbsp crème fraîche
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • Tabasco
  • Sea salt
  • pepper
  • possibly chives

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 8 minutes; Total time approx. 13 minutes

super quick and super tasty snack

Hollow out the bun. Combine all ingredients except the grated cheese. Season with Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco, salt, and pepper. Divide the mixture between the bun halves and sprinkle each with a tablespoon of grated cheese. Bake in the oven at 180°C on the middle rack for 5-8 minutes. If desired, you can sprinkle the bun with some chives afterward. It’s important to use only very fresh minced meat. Mett (ground pork) can also be used as a substitute.
