Cinnamon-honey butter with cranberries

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 125 g butter, soft
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 20 g cranberries, dried

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Mix the softened butter with the honey, cinnamon, and salt. Finely chop the cranberries and stir them into the butter with a spoon. It tastes best at room temperature and makes a delicious spread. If you don’t like cranberries, you can leave them out.
