Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 50 g clarified butter
- 500 g minced meat, mixed
- 2 tbsp horseradish
- 1 small can of tomato paste
- 125 g sour cream
- 2 onions
- 3 cloves garlic, as needed
- 3 gherkins
- 150 ml beef broth
- 2 tbsp rum
- pepper
- Salt
- Sugar

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Brown the minced meat in clarified butter. Add the finely chopped onions and, if desired, the finely chopped garlic, and fry. Deglaze with a little beef broth and add the tomato paste and horseradish. Simmer for 5–10 minutes. Add the gherkins and rum and let it simmer a little longer. Add more beef broth if desired. Season with pepper, salt, and sugar. Stir in the sour cream and serve. Serve with rice or mashed potatoes and beans.
