Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 250 g minced meat
- 250 g pasta (farfalle)
- 5 tomatoes
- 2 bell peppers, red
- ½ bunch basil
- salt and pepper
- 3 tbsp tomato paste
- 2 tbsp crème fraîche
- 200 ml milk
- 1 tbsp vegetable broth, granulated
- 100 g cheese, grated (mildly spicy)
- 1 tsp butter
- oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Prepare the pasta according to the package instructions, drain, and set aside. Score the tomatoes crosswise on top, pour boiling water over them, and then rinse. Peel the skin off with a knife and slice the tomatoes. Grease a baking dish with butter. Trim the bell peppers and dice them finely. Wash the basil, pick off the leaves, and finely chop them. Brown the minced meat in oil, season lightly with salt and pepper. Add the diced bell peppers and fry briefly. Add the tomato paste, crème fraîche, milk, and stock and mix well. Finally, fold in the basil and season with salt and pepper. Fold in the pasta and pour everything into the greased baking dish. Place the tomato slices on top and sprinkle the casserole evenly with cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20-30 minutes.
