Simple and juicy tagliatelle casserole

Cook the pasta until al dente, drain, rinse with cold water, and mix well to prevent it from sticking. Dice the onion and zucchini and fry in oil in a large pan until golden brown. Cut the ham slices into squares and fry briefly. Halve the tomatoes and add them to the pan. Dissolve the vegetable stock in a little hot water, add to the pan along with the milk, cream, basil, and pepper, and simmer gently. Grate the cheese and melt it in the sauce. Finally, stir in the sour cream and season to taste with salt and pepper. Fold in the pasta, transfer everything to a baking dish, and top with mozzarella slices. Bake at 150°C for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
