Ingredients for 8 servings:
- 8 rolls
- 200 g cooked ham
- 1 can of corn, approx. 285 g drained weight
- 1 can mushrooms, approx. 170 g drained weight
- 3 garlic cloves
- 200 g cheese, grated
- 200 g crème fraîche
- 200 g herb curd
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Chop the cooked ham into small pieces. Drain the corn and mushrooms. Peel and chop the garlic. Mix all ingredients except the rolls and season. Cut the rolls open and spread the mixture evenly between the rolls. Bake the party rolls at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for 15 minutes.
